Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our service department. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong ability to analyse data, and a customer-focused mindset. As a Service Administrator, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing customer requests and providing support to our clients, management team and engineers. The hours of operation are Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am -4pm.

Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional service and support.
• Process requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up with clients.
• Maintain detailed through data entry.
• Collaborate with team members to analyse service trends and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to phone etiquette standards while handling calls professionally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
• Proven experience in a Lift Engineering company is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
